Terms of Kwekerij Sela
By using this website, you agree to our terms. We strive for fair and respectful dealings with our customers and our intellectual property.
1. Intellectual Property
All texts, logos, and images on this website are the property of Kwekerij Sela. Nothing from this website may be copied or used by third parties without prior written permission.
2. Image Security
Because our snowdrop collection is unique, we have placed technical barriers to prevent copycats. It is strictly forbidden to bypass technical security, use screenshots for commercial purposes, or save images for reuse.
3. Orders
Orders via this website are only final after confirmation via email and checking current stock.
4. Pricing and Payment
All listed prices are in euros and include VAT. Kwekerij Sela reserves the right to adjust prices; the price valid at the time of order is binding. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website, prior to shipment.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the season and plant availability. "In the green" plants are delivered exclusively during the usual season (December–April). Kwekerij Sela is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or transport issues.
6. Plant Quality
Our plants are packed and shipped with the utmost care. Plants are living organisms; small natural variations in appearance are normal and not grounds for complaint. Damaged or dead plants must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email, including photos as evidence. We assess each case individually and offer an appropriate solution where possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of living plants, no standard right of withdrawal applies (in accordance with applicable consumer law). Once shipped, orders cannot be returned. If there is a demonstrable error on our part, we will offer an appropriate solution.
8. Liability
Kwekerij Sela is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, improper care, or failure to follow the enclosed care instructions. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order.
9. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is used solely for order processing and communication about your order. We never sell personal data to third parties.
10. Applicable Law
All agreements with Kwekerij Sela are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If that is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Kwekerij Sela.
